Questions about
the e-library.
Can't find what you need? Visit Room 108 or email the library.
Email the Library →Who can access the e-library?
All currently enrolled Aarambha College students have full access to the internal Aarambha Repository via the LMS. External databases like Google Scholar, DOAJ, and selected ScienceDirect articles are freely accessible to anyone without a login. JSTOR allows 100 free articles per month with a free personal account.
Can I access resources from home or on my phone?
Yes. The LMS and all external databases work from any internet-connected device — phone, tablet, or laptop. You do not need to be on the campus network. The LMS is mobile-responsive and most PDFs can be read directly in your browser.
How do I get past question papers?
Log into the LMS, go to the E-Library section, and select your program (BHM or BITM). Past papers are organised by semester and year from 2073 BS to 2082 BS. If a specific paper is missing, contact the Library Office and we will source it within 2 working days.
Can I request a resource that isn't available?
Yes. Send a resource request to library@aarambhacollege.edu.np with the title, author, and why you need it. The library team reviews all requests and sources open-access versions where possible. Requests for course-critical materials are usually fulfilled within one week.
Are there printing facilities for downloaded resources?
Yes. The library and IT office on the ground floor has printing facilities available to all students. Printing is charged at cost price. Students can also use the campus computer lab to access the LMS if they do not have their own device.
